Track & Trace for every order
Once your parcel has been sent to the DPD, you will receive an e-mail message. The track & trace code that you will receive after that will not work immediately. Once the parcel has arrived at the DPD depot, you will be able to track its progress.
If no one is home at the time of delivery
Are you absent at the time of delivery? The courier will leave a note behind for you with further instructions. The options for this are: setting a date on which someone will be present, an alternative delivery address, collecting the parcel yourself from the DPD depot, or a single authorisation for the DPD to leave your parcel elsewhere, according to your instructions.
Tip: Organise your order to be delivered to an address where someone will be home and able to sign for its receipt. Dispatches to post office box addresses are not possible.

Global CO2-neutral parcel transport
Total Zero is the new DPD initiative designed to operate CO2-neutrally. This initiative commenced in July 2012 within the most important DPD markets. Total Zero ensures that DPD transports every parcel in a CO2-neutral way, without its customers having to pay extra for this. DPD takes its share of responsibility to minimise pollution of the environment and damage to our planet. DPD considers every aspect of its business in efforts to reduce or prevent disadvantages of its operations on the environment. DPD does not just regard CO2-reduction as a great challenge, but also as an excellent opportunity to positively distinguish itself in the logistics industry.
