Terms and conditions
All online payments are carried out by Adyen, a secure online payment service which protects your information. All our online payments are free of charge. All payments need to be made in advance.
Sweet Colours secures your details and does not share these with other parties. We have an SSL certificate which protects the privacy of your details at all times. You can recognise this by the small green lock visible in the address bar of your browser. We favour discrete and fast action and therefore only request information from you that is needed and only used by us to be of service to you.
An agreement is effected when the customer accepts the general terms and conditions and when payment of the order has been received. Sweet Colours always retains the right to reject an order. If an order is not accepted, an email will be sent to you to this effect.
Our parcels are dispatched daily at 14:00. If you want to cancel your order, this can only be done before 14:00 on the working day of shipment and after agreement. You can simply mail us for your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stated prices for products are in GBP and include VAT (unless stated otherwise). Sweet Colours maintains the right to changes listed prices.
All our products are handled with utmost care and are packaged as well as possible. Furthermore, all parcels are delivered by DPD which is a global parcel service. Please bear in mind that this package will need to be signed for. Therefore, please fill in an address where someone will be available to sign for receipt. Our free sample box fits through the letterbox and does not need to be signed for. We will also keep you informed by email when your order or ‘free sample’ is on the way.
As our customer, you are responsible for setting your own correct delivery date. You can set your delivery date when placing your order. Given the fact the products’ shelf lives we stress the importance of ordering your products 1-2 weeks before the intended event in order to minimise disappointment.
We offer a free sample service in order to convince you of our product quality. The colours displayed on your computer screen can sometimes differ from the actual colour. All of our colours of rosepetals have got names that we have founded and are our ‘product’ names where no rights are to be claimed on. When you’re not satisfied with the colour of rosepetals/roses that has been delivered we can’t offer you a refund. Therefore, we strongly advise you to make use of our free sample service to avoid disappointment.
Sweet Colours provides natural products. Because of this, small variations in colour and size may occur. Accordingly, the sizes given in this website are for guidance purposes only where no rights are to be claimed on.
Preserved roses and rose petals are not colour-fast and may stain. As customer, you are responsible for the correct usage of the products. Sweet Colours cannot be held responsible for any possible seepage or staining.
We make every effort to supply good products, but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can return it to us within 14 days. Once we have received the returned products, you will receive a refund. This only applies to the returned goods/products but not to mailing costs. The costs of product returns are to be covered by our customers themselves.
Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
- The product must still be in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been opened.
- The product must not be damaged.
- You need to return your products within 14 days past delivery date.
Sweet Colours does not provide refunds for:
- A box containing mixed colours selected by the customer.
- Incorrect completion of preferred delivery date.
Our webshop is solely intended for selling our products. It is forbidden to copy and/or distribute the images, photographs or other material contained in our webshop without the express permission of Sweet Colours.
